Wa killings: Police have placed a GHS100k bounty on culprits
The police department is offering a reward of GHS100,000 to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the people responsible for the recent killings in the Wa municipality and its surrounding areas.
Kankani Adongo, a key suspect in the case, was arrested on Monday and is currently in police custody where he is helping with the investigation.
Police analysis of intelligence gathered so far suggests that there may be more than one person involved in this criminality and “we will do whatever it takes to get them arrested to face justice,” the police said.
Meanwhile, the special purpose intelligence and investigation team as part of their surveillance during the night of 19th September 2022, recovered a body of a male adult at Bamahu.
