Despite Uganda’s increased pressure in the second half, Ghana appeared to have the game under control following strategic substitutions by Addo.
Nevertheless, the Cranes fought back valiantly, capitalizing on defensive lapses to snatch a late equalizer through Shaban, ensuring the match ended in a deadlock. The result leaves Ghana without a victory in the March international break, raising questions about their form ahead of the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic in June.
